MTV Hits is now airing this video during their "Latest and Greatest" block immediately followed by Smells Like Nirvana. It's usually shown about 15-20 minutes in right after "Kick Push" by Lupe Fiasco.

MTV Hits stopped showing this in their "Latest and Greatest" block a while ago, but they just started showing it in their "Victorious Hitlist" where the cast of Nickelodeon's "Victorious" hosts an hour of videos. They introduce this saying something to the effect of "this guy's been nailing it for years and he always keeps it clean and hilarious". Apparently the kid with the puppet is a fan.
