Re: Promotional poster
What was it we learned from the promo materials for SOL that someone posted? Was it the songs in the polka medley?
You have quickly thought up such matchless phrase?

There is new information about the tour. I like the fact that it will be going until Thanksgiving.

Re: Promotional poster
Also of note, the promo says that Al has won four Grammys. Hasn't he only won three?

Well, I'm a bit disappointed too that we haven't found out the identities of the two other parody subjects yet but at least now we know that Al is planning tour dates in the fall. If he is planning to take July and August off, I'm sure the Oct/Nov dates are meant to make up for that .

Re: Promotional poster
The most interesting thing about this to me is the markets info at the bottom.
No surprise Los Angeles is his base with other major cities not far behind. Boston, Seattle, and DC are all much higher up than simply population would dictate, but all three are usually thought of as more intellectual cities so it's no surprise. Looks like he's very coastal with some strength in the midwest. Nothing at all in the South. Does anyone know more about what the difference is between that and index markets? I'd really like to know why he does so well in the blue collar midwest areas in that list, as opposed to the coasts on the other.

Not sure , but it's an interesting thesis.
How old was that last signature? I mean, really?

Re: Promotional poster
Well..that makes sense with the trends that Al has in his touring. Besides the one Florida trip, he's hardly ever in the south. Even though, I would much prefer the south to the northeast or midwest.
