It means when you send stuff to people on an email list, the people on the list won't see the other peoples' email addresses.

This song could honestly have been written about my grandfather. He forwards me constant crap. Some of it's entertaining enough, like a clever joke. But a lot of it involves the more annoying kinds of stuff that Al lists in this song. I get a "brighten your day" e-mail from him at least once a week, I get links to YouTube videos and viral things that are old (i.e. he sent out a video to the Christian The Lion thing from three years ago just last month), lots of jokes (some of which are good, some of which suck), the list goes on and on.
