I totally agree with you... It sounded familiar to me but I could understand if it was a Meat Loaf song...

I don't know if there's a bit of "Did I Say That?" and "Object In The Rear View Mirror May Appear Closer Than They Are". Even the repetition of "Stop Forwarding That Crap To Me" can be similar to "i'd Do Anything For Love", but I think this is part of lot of Jim Steinman's songs...
