Yeah, it already sounds better to me than "If That Isn't Love."

I have to admit, I don't really know Meatloaf as well as I should. Any suggestions of what songs of his I should look up to get to know his style more before the album comes out?

Someone posted a few pages back a link to Meatloaf's "Objects in the Rear View Mirror May Appear Closer Than They Are" (which sounds likes title Al would come up with himself!). It sounds strikingly like the sample that was on Amazon. But the full song could very well be a ,ix of different Meatloaf elements.

I also am not very familiar with Meatloaf's music. But I seem to remember that "I Will Do Anything for Love" being huge. Other than that, I got nothing.

Yeah, I caught two different Meatloaf songs in that 30 second clip. Its seems Al is doing Bat Out of Hell II. I love it, because Bat 1 and 2 are two of my favorite albums. 3 made me want to hurt my cd player

RE: Meatloaf
The main song that is loved by most is Paradise By the Dashboard Light. That's probably his best song according to anyone you ask. I Would Do Anything For Love was a big hit in the 90's. Two Out of Three Ain't Bad and You Took the Words Right out of My Mouth are good as well.

Is this a Meatloaf style parody for sure? I mean, I've resisted listening to the samples so far, so I would have no idea.

I really hope that if this is a Meat Loaf style parody that Al will have worked in something like "Bat Out Of The Hell" (the song, not the album itself). That would be so kick-ass.
