Has anyone seen Al on any red carpet shows or anything else like that yet?

TV Guide's pre show briefly showed him arriving, but no interview. But they interviewed the Lonely Island and they made it clear, Al's at the top of their most wanted collabo list (Well...after Jay-Z anyway)

As long as Al lost to Colbert, Patton, or Spinal Tap, I'd have been fine with it. I'll withhold my opinions on the other two nominees

If you youtube the Pink grammy performance you can definately tell it was Al to Pink's left. Also to update an earlier post on youtube you can see Al jamming to Blame It by Jamie Foxx at about the 1:35 mark. Is he in songwriting mode (kidding!). I hope Al was inspired tonight to find four more parody targets and some songs for the polka to get the album finished in time for his tour this simmer.

Even though Al didn't win, I'm sure this was such a good night for him. I know, I really enjoyed seeing Al on TV, in anticipation of an award. Also, yes, I'm sure he took very much advantage of the evening. Would love to see the album sometime soon..

REQUEST: To anyone who has this Tivo'd or otherwise, I would really love a screenshot from the shot of Al over Jay-Z's shoulder near the beginning of the telecast.

Stephen Colbert totally deserved the win this year, and like I said Al will win next year for the same songs with a full album to his name. It's AWESOME that the Best Comedy Album award has been moved to the main show. Let's hope it stays.
