While I do think recent chart trends are showing that pop, rock, and r&b are going to be the most dominant genres by album 13 (Especially since rap is the most HOOLIGANized genre and much like alternative in the mid 90s, is starting to feel the effects of being over-proliferated by mediocre artists), it's not like rap is going anywhere.
So Al will still be spittin and flowin....and by then, there will probably be some more worthwhile rap to do because it'll probably "thin out"
Of course, I don't know, I guess I've always been of the feeling that it's Al and I don't care what he's doing, as long as he's doing it
