The red carpet show was on cable. I don't have cable so I wasn't able to see it either. At least our local news showed Al!!

What they should do is show (or at least have the announcer name) all the winners whose speeches weren't broadcast.
By the way, Bermuda, we were wondering about this about a week ago and maybe you could answer it: Is Al the only one do get a Grammy statue for his win? Or do you, Jim, Steve, and Ruben all get one too?
