Hello.

What should i post about in this newbie forum?
All my questions should really be in the other real forums where they belong, but until i have 10 or 27 posts i can´t post there.

And it seems that if you ask questions in the newbie forum you don´t get much answers anyway?

You can ask questions in the other sections. As far as I know, you just can't post a thread.

I thought you just can't START topics, but you can add to an existing thread. Newbies who play nicely with others are always welcome here. :)

The best tactic is to vomit profusely on the other threads.

You can post anywhere on the Forum. It doesn't have to be limited to Newbie Zone. However your first 10 posts must be as a reply to an already existing topic. This is to help you get used to the Forum rules and using the search feature. After 10 posts, you're free to start your own topics, but keep in mind that most likely 99% of what you want to say has its own topic already. There are a lot of good resources for newbies in the 'sticky' section of the Newbie Zone (and other Forums) to help you transition into everyday life as a regular on the Forum.

Thanks, Dave, for clearing that up. Now I'll know what to tell other newbies if I'm the first to see them ask that question (assuming I don't forget) .

Don't worry, mrcreosote. It's not as confusing as it seems. And the people here are very, very nice, the mods too! Heck, I'm even nice from time to time :P

Is it just me, or are newbies banned from playing games?

And if so, why?

*confused*
