I've looked through and couldn't find this: how can I compress a GIF image A LOT? It's not for this board; it's for another.

You need to use a graphic program to do it. I don't know if IRFanView will do a good compression or not. You can PM me with the pic and I can try to compress it for you.

I tried in IrFanView and couldn't find any compression options for GIFs. I'll PM it to you.

Hard to believe, but I am having the exact same problem with a jpeg file, Bobbi ... I've reduced the size to 100 by 67, but it's still almost 20K big ... mind if I send you that so you can work your magic on it as well, when you have a chance (was hoping to use it as an avatar). Thanks.
