That looks like a slightly better deal, but I don't know how legitimate it might be. The record label people are telling me to use Harry Fox...

I know Discmakers supports it, and from everything I've read, it's legitimate.

Sorry to hear about the legal paperwork issues.
Would following the compulsory-license rules amount to even worse terms?
I still look forward to hearing this...eventually.

As am I, but he's awfully sorry about it. So... at least there's that.
I really want to have this come out before or at the same time as Alpocalypse. We still need art ideas, and probably will need more cash.

I really like this idea. I think a lot could be done with it, like drawing Al related things around it.

Re: "Twenty Six and a Half" - A new Weird Al tribute album
If any awesome forum member has the talent and free time to draw a cover (Al-TV logo included maybe, your decision), or just a sketch of an idea, I'd love to see it.
My original idea was to have a picture of someone posing as Al, but a close-up on the chest area, with an accordion in hand. This way we aren't technically using his image... I mean, unless he has a copyright on accordions and Hawaiian shirts. I realize that this is kind of sterile idea, which is why I've been trying to get the forum involved.
