The single of "Draining the Lizard" is now on CDBaby (download-only): http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/nuclearbubble5

Includes "Draining the Lizard", our Beatles parody "Creepy Internet Guy", and an instrumental of "Draining the Lizard" so you can piss on Dumbledore wherever you go! You can get all three of those for two bucks or download individual tracks right there.

This also means this single will be on iTunes within a few weeks.

A physical copy of the single is also in our store for $2 plus shipping. If you like owning discs.

So we've been working on a new album called "Exploding Head Syndrome" and I've decided to start releasing new songs as we make them. As times goes on, certain ones will cease being free downloads.

So here's everything we've made for the new album so far, excluding "Draining the Lizard" since it's on iTunes and The FuMP.

Birdf***er
A cover of a song by Grapes and Sunshine... about bird sex. It's highly offensive and should not be listened to by anyone.
Jace McLain: vocals, piano, guitar, synths
Kyle Thorne: guitars
Brendan Sheairs: bass
Ben Scarlett: drums

Captain Abduction
Parody of "20 Dollar Nose Bleed" by Fall Out Boy. Not the most popular song from their new album, I know. But I liked it and had this idea for it. It's about aliens.
Jace McLain: piano, vocals
Kyle Thorne: bass
Brendan Sheairs: guitars
Steve Goodie: drums, synths
Morgan Matchok: backup vocal

Holes in the Fort
A weird style parody of indie bands. The lyrics are complete nonsense.
Kyle Thorne: lead vocal, guitars
Brendan Sheairs: bass, drums
Jace McLain: keyboard, accordion, backing vocal

In Space No One Can Hear You Scream
A sort of depressing Jonathan Coulton-ish song about a guy who gets lost in space. Musically it kinda resembles The Flaming Lips. Or I like to think it does.
Kyle Thorne: lead vocal, guitars, bass
Jace McLain: keyboards, backing vocals
Steve Goodie: drums

Know Your Power Chords
Parody of "Know Your Enemy" by Green Day. It kinda speaks for itself.
Jace McLain: vocals
Brendan Sheairs: guitars
Kyle Thorne: bass
Eric Zhu: drums

Raichu a Song
A silly love song that uses Pokemon name puns everywhere. This isn't a final mix.
Jace McLain: vocals, keyboards, pots and pans
Kyle Thorne: guitars
Brendan Sheairs: bass
Eric Zhu: drums

I just listened to Know Your Power Chords and Holes In The Fort. I really liked HITF, sounds a lot like Clap Your Hands Say Yeah. Will listen to more throughout the day. Good work!

That first song kind of gave me the shakes, but you guys are awesome nonetheless.
How old was that last signature? I mean, really?

Thanks guys.

My favorite of this new batch of songs is "In Space..." It's a pretty different kind of song for us.

Hey Jace, excellent job! I really like "Power Chords", it sounds a lot like another parody I have read somewhere else...

:P Just kidding, very nice!

Haha, nice. You're right, that song was quite easy to parody. :P
