Yeah, this was for last year's April Fool's Day ad in a computer gaming magazine. Also, check out The Making of 'Accordion Hero'. The prototype version looks hilarious.

It's only on the demo discs of Guitar Hero II. You'll see it on display in an electronics store or department.
