A Very Yankovic Musical?

Post by yankochick38 »

Inspired by the discussion in the Al on Broadway? topic...

There seems to be enough interest in creating a fanmade Weird Al musical akin to A Very Potter Musical for a new topic to be started. I thought I would branch off the discussion here in case people would like to put this into action! :accordion:

Should it be about a character from one of Al's songs? Should it be the life story of Al? Should it be about the fandom? Should it be about... hamsters?

Thanks for creating this topic! :) I think it should be the unwritten story of how Al's first parody came to be!

Just spit balling a little bit, but if it takes on a sort of life story plot while avoiding jukebox musical status, maybe it can take a loose reference to the "Compleat Al."
Oh, but there are so many other amazing possibilities as well!

Perhaps it could parody various elements from famous broadway musicals.
