It's an awful video. I've watched it twice, but really can't see myself ever watching it again.

It's a shame too, since Bill Plympton is such an amazing animator. He just makes awful Weird Al videos.

It's more fully realized than DDTS, I'll give it that. But it's like he came up with one gag focused on one insignificant line in the song and then just hammered it to the ground with the power of Thor.

As others have stated, from watching the video it appears that Bill Plympton never listened to the song and doesn't even know what TMZ is. It's an absolute embarrassment that it's even on the album. And what's worse is that Al allowed this hack animator to do probably the strongest parody on the album. I watched it once and I have since deleted from my computer.

I'm a bit compromised on this one. I hate the video for having almost no connection to the song at all, but I enjoy the animation itself... should I vote on the fence?

I voted on the fence because, while this video definitely sucks, it's not nearly as awful as others are making it out to be.

Personally, I voted "on the fence." While I agree it is by far the weakest video associated with the album and couldn't clash harder with the song if it tried, the animation itself is very well done and doesn't looked as rushed as DDTS did. Also, the absurdity of a pizza at the door taking photographs and a butt in skywriting and power lines made me chuckle. As I said, the "storyline" to this video is laughably bad.

It's not as awful as people make it out to be. I voted "yes".

Which seems really odd as many people like the "SFTCTM" video and I loathe it. I kinda like this one.

Didn't vote because I am not changing my skin, but I would vote no. It is a nice piece of animation/art but not a good music video for this song.
