The "Michael Jackson: The Legend Continues" video contains archive footage of Mike and the Jackson 5 on the Ed Sullivian Show. The video also contains footage of of main man, "Weird Al".

Ed Sullivan's show had the Beatles on February 9, 1964
Al has twice parodied the Beatles and used them in a polka.

Stevie Wonder

I am I got Isaac Hayes and Conan OBrien

Stevie sang a duet with Paul McCartney -- Ebony and Ivory
Paul sang a duet with Michael Jackson -- The Girl Is Mine
2 of Al's best known parodies are of Michael Jackson songs

I think Al's only briefly met both Macca and MJ
This means something. This is important.

Stevie Wonder wrote the original song covered by Coolio with "Gangstas Paridice", which was parodied in "Amish Paridice". He is listed in the Bad Hair Day liner notes as original author (along with Coolio) and is in the Thank yous by Al.

right Stevie's song Pasttime Paradise became part of Gangsta's Paradise which of course inspired Amish Paradise

Al was in UHF with Kevin McCarthy, KM was in The Misfits with Thelma Ritter (as supporting characters), TR was in Rear Window with Jimmy Stewart, JS was in Philadelphia Story with Katharine Hepburn.

eew I just found something ugly while surfing thru IMDB. Dick Clark (the exec producer of TWAS) was also the exec producer of Fox's Celebrity Boxing (which featured Paula Jones -- another Clinton connection) and that may be the reason Al was approached to be on it too. I'm glad Al has common sense -- WHEW!

and now back to the game...
