I think that although moderating WOWAY would be fun it's a bit...too high of stakes for a game, WHiZZi will never approve of it...but if he does, I'm your man!

You shouldn't just win a game and become a moderator. You have to do more than that.

I don't know if there's any possible way to do it, but how does Press Your Luck sound to everyone?

'Press Your Luck' was a game show that aired in the 1980s. It worked by people answering questions and receiving spins based on how well they answered. They got to use the spins on the big board which had loads of prizes and also several Whammies, which would take away whatever the person had won.
It would be insanely difficult to do it on the forum.

Yeah, I'm wondering if there's some sort of program or way we could make it work on the forum. I don't think there is...

Well, it would invole a a flash animation of a wheel which would spin and land on random spaces each time. Are there any flash animators on the forum?

I'm a Flash animator but I'm still reading up on how to do things like that so I'll help you in...oh...a month or so.

I have an idea for a game. You might have to give me a few admin powers though.
A select group of sixteen people are essentially locked in a forum for lets say... 4 weeks. They can't start any new topics, and must stay on a topic selected by the rest of the forum (which they can't see). The only other topic they can talk about is their progress within the game. They are required to make a certain number of posts per day, or their position will be compromised. One by one, they are voted out by themselves and the rest of the forum. The last person standing gets a prize of some sort.
Every day there will be a small challenge to complete, and those who do not complete them successfully will have extra votes against their name.
During this time, the chatroom is usually closed and the board is inaccessible by guests. The only time the chatroom is open is during the "live eviction", where as many of the housemates arrive to see the results of the votes as possible. Ordinary members can see the special forum, but can't post in it.
I'd be willing to run this, once we've got some volunteers and I'm back from holidays. It's kind of like Survivor without as much strategy, but more audience appeal.
