Here's some more Al birthday trivia. Al has held a concert performance on his birhtday a total of 5 times: 1981, 1987, 1994, 1999 and 2000.

Actually, Al is technically a Libra. People who have done Al's birth chart found that the sun moved from Libra to Scorpio after 2pm on 10-23-59. Al was born at 1:56pm. That's probably why the birth time is mentioned in the FAQ, but an astrological sign is not. Al's about as cusped as they get. Al's mentioned before that if he reads his horoscope for today, he'll read both Libra and Scorpio and go with the better one.

Ha! I just got a funny mental image of the entire British Parliament sitting around shaking each other hands like the gag Al uses in concert.

Not to mention, the zodiacs times and stuff are based off of it from 2000 years ago or so. Stars do move. Whatever sign you think you are, you're actually the one before it.
