I sometimes wish I had friends that do karaoke parties just so I can do this. Since Al only use popular songs for parodies, they must be in any standard karaoke catalogue.

I was on a cruise for my honeymoon and they had almost every Al parody in the book. I did Yoda

I don't listen to the radio very much, but it's human nature for me to sing Al's words to myself to a song he has parodied if I'm in the supermarket and hear the original version of one of his parodies on the radio. I did, however, attend a friend's birthday party where we did karaoke, and since the catalogue had no Al songs in it, I'd submit requests for the original versions and sing Al's words; I ended up doing "I Lost on Jeopardy," "Headline News," "Smells Like Nirvana," and a few others!
Very cool, Dana!

I listen to talk radio so I don't hear many songs, but they have played Eat It alot during food topics, or when I call in to talk about Al

I once heard a bit of "Word Crimes" on a radio interview Al did back in late August/early September...it was at a friend's engagement party and the radio was playing at the bar, so it was hard to tell whether Al was being interviewed or whether he was just being mentioned.

My dad told me last month that he heard Word Crimes on Comedy 103.1 Denver. He didn't seem to know exactly what song it was and just described it to me as "some semi rap song about kids being dumbshits" and I had to explain to him that this song was a Robin Thick parody. This same station also played Tacky by request last July when Mandatory Fun first came out.
