Interesting topic.
Assuming this was going to be released to the public and it's not just my own personal playlist, here's my predicted tracklist:

Dare To Be Stupid
First World Problems
Frank's 2000" TV
Dog Eat Dog
The Night Santa Went Crazy (extra gory version)
The Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota
Hardware Store
Midnight Star
Wanna B Ur Lovr (live)
Craigslist
Mission Statement
You Don't Love Me Anymore

I'll also approach this as a compilation for mass consumption rather than a list of personal favorites:

Midnight Star
Dare to Be Stupid
One More Minute
Dog Eat Dog
Melanie
Good Old Days
UHF
The Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota
You Don't Love Me Anymore
Albuquerque
Hardware Store
First World Problems

I feel like any original that was released as a single should theoretically be a shoo-in but I also would imagine that "Christmas at Ground Zero" would get passed over, and I cut "This is the Life" because three songs from DTBS on a 12-track set is too much. This seems a little too heavy on the 80s era, but it's hard to overlook most of those songs--I could probably get by without "Melanie" or "Midnight Star," but Al has always seemed especially proud of those, so I think they'd show up.

Yeah, originals are my favorite \m/ no special order.

1. I'll Be Mellow When I'm Dead
2. Everything You Know Is Wrong
3. Dare To Be Stupid
4. You Make Me
5. Attack of The Radioactive Hamsters From A Planet Near Mars
6. UHF
7. When I Was Your Age
8. One Of Those Days
9. My Own Eyes
10. Nature Trail To Hell
11. Stuck In A Closet With Vanna White
12. Albuquerque

There's too many I can't include with a limit of 12! (Frank's, You Don't Love Me Anymore, Dog Eat Dog, quite a few more)
Would have to make this a 2-disc originals collection.
What a racket they're makin', Jack, they keep me up at night playin' their electric guitars!!

Disc 2, assuming there would be only 12 tracks on each disc, which may not make the most sense:

3. Dog Eat Dog
4. Buckingham Blues
5. Happy Birthday
6. Callin' In Sick
7. Generic Blues
8. Skipper Dan
9. Cable TV
10. Young, Dumb & Ugly
11. Good Old Days
12. The Biggest Ball Of Twine In Minnesota
