As I said in the last round, these two are also my own top two.
It's hard to say which of these songs is better; they are so different. But I had to go with Since You've Been Gone.
All along the problem I keep coming back to (and Bruce hinted at in the very first round) is that for almost all of these tracks the only joke is their very existence. Mr. Frump suffers from this to a lesser extent: the only joke is the sudden transition between the pleasant music and the sound of the iron lung, and I guess also the fact that the accordion can "play" an iron lung sound effect.
However, Since You've Been Gone is truly a fully developed funny song that tells a story and has an unbelievable twist punchline that I still laugh at every time. It's like an O Henry short story in Weird Al format. SYBG is really the only song on this list that I think of as a "real" Weird Al song, not just a short joke or filler track. So it is therefore the best on the list.
