World of Weird Al Yankovic

This has always been one of my favorite Weird Al songs.

I once told people it would be on my funeral playlist; my dad used to listen to a lot of weird punk rock stuff in the 90s when I was growing up, so I have a certain appreciation for this particular song. It's definitely my favorite off the first album.

Al should bring it back on the album 14 tour!

Great song! I considered it my theme song in high school and played the hell out of it during that time. Unfortunately, I probably overplayed back then to the point of semi-burning out on it, but I still think it's one of Al's best originals. Even if some of it no longer applies to him. (Big Macs and Jumbo Jacks?)

The whole first album just doesnt feel like a Weird Al album. Almost like a punk/new wave feel. This is definitely one of the highlights for me

The lyrics aren't laugh-out-loud hilarious (although "Like, wow, man, can you relate?" is one of the best moments on the debut album), but I have a soft spot for Al songs that could pass as 'serious' songs with a few minor tweaks. And it's so freakin' catchy.
