Brian Posehn did a VERY funny routine about Al on tonight's episode of Comedy Central's The Benson Interruption! I won't spoil the jokes, but according to Tivo the episode airs again tomorrow morning (Saturday morning the 11th) at 8:18 AM (I know, it's weird) and again late Monday night the 13th (early Tuesday morning the 14th) at 2:30 AM.

Josuè De La Vega (the aforementioned dancer) has updated his Facebook to say that the "View" appearance was taped but won't air until the first week of July.

This will probably be on a Friday. They are usually live M-Th and Friday is taped. I didn't know they taped stuff this far in advance, though.

That's cool. I'm still hoping for him to get booked on SNL, Daily Show, and/or Colbert. I mean, those are COMEDY shows. . .why hasn't Al ever been on them??

His best chance is with Colbert. If for no other reason than Stephen can rub Al's face in that 2010 comedy Grammy.

It's a shame because the Colbert Report is hosting "Stephfest Colbchella '011" all this week with a different musical guest each night. Oh well, another time...

If the concert special is indeed for Comedy Central like has been rumored, it's a sure bet he'll end up on Daily or Colbert at some point before

Of course who knows if and when that'll be......

VH1 Classic is playing a bunch of old stuff from MTV today for the 30th anniversary. We need to keep an eye out for anything from AL-TV.
