Most shows on the West Coast play the same time as the East Coast. Like regular shows such as Leno and Letterman come on at 1130 on both coasts, but I believe they air at 1030 in the Central time zone, so the West Coast should be the same.

A jaunt over to IMDB shows Al's appearance on The Simpson's (and the Haunted Lighthouse,) but no date as of yet. CatraDthem, any word from your sources?

Well, I believe Haunted Lighthouse is still scheduled to premiere in the spring....I think I posted a link to the parks' official web site for the movie a while back that may have some new info, but I doubt it.

As for Al's Simpsons episode, snpp.com is not listing any air date yet for it, but it is listing air dates for some other upcoming episodes.

So if it helps, we will NOT see it on December 8th or 15th, January 5th or 12th, or on February 23rd.

I managed to tape VIP. Al's bit was the only part worth watching. If you didn't see it, I don't want to spoil it for you, but there's a feather boa involved...

I set my vcr up wrong, so i missed the last 20 minutes of the episode, though i fo remember seeing it before, yet i somehow managed to miss all of Al's scenes the first time, dont know how that happened.

Suffering through VIP just to see Al was on par with my suffering through Allie McBeal just to see Elton John. What we fans don't do!?

El

(very happy that Elton and now Al have done cameos for The Simpsons)

I was trying to be good this time. :sigh:

But yeah. It was worth sitting through the rest of the dreck just for that. He just isn't a pink T-Shirt kind of guy though. And he didn't do any slithering.

The fast forward button is my new best friend...

I did like what Pamela said "Weird Al Yankovic, that great composer?" Yup. That's him.

Just a reminder to everyone, A&E Biography is doing a special on Billy Barty that airs on the 12th, which is this Thursday. Also on Monday, Vh1 will be airing I Love The 80's.

True...besides George and Emo's shop teacher character, Noodles is my favorite character in UHF.
