Re: Al On The SimpsonsSo I got my tickets to the event at the Hollywood Bowl! I'll be going with some friends, and the backstage passes thing may or may not work out (as my mom has decided to sit the event out.) Anyways, I'll be there on the 14th, if anyone else is planning on going.
And Peggy
Re: Al On The SimpsonsI'm going tonight!
Re: Al On The SimpsonsThe show was a lot of fun. Al did a MUCH longer version of "The Ballad of Homer and Marge" with new lyrics. He also returned with all the performers for the "Do the Bartman" finale.

Re: Al On The SimpsonsAnd based on the crowd reaction, Al clearly had a lot of fans in the house.

Re: Al On The SimpsonsJust saw this little video now. Aftershow jam session with Al and Conan!
http://instagram.com/p/s4IFBJGu8v/ After watching a few more times, I noticed another guitar neck. I wonder who was playing. Also, who is the guy standing between Al and Conan? I feel like I should know. Okay, I was told that that is Robert Carlyle from "Once Upon A Time". Thanks, Jenni! 4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:
"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11 So awesome! Al Team #325
Re: Al On The SimpsonsSome videos are up on youtube, he sounded GREAT!!!

Re: Al On The Simpsons
He looks similar to Robert Carlyle, but it's actually Kipp Lennon, who sang "Happy Birthday Lisa" on The Simpsons and at the Hollywood Bowl last night. Last edited by Cheerios Applejacks Cheerios on Mon Sep 15, 2014 9:30 am, edited 1 time in total.
