Important Al Interviews/reviews.

Is AL-TV returning or did you find a nice interview? Just tell the folks here.

maybe he could do limited-edition, fan club albums with a bit of bonus material. You know we'd pop for them.

that could work...plus, it would put less pressure on Al to do as many videos...

Ninety-eight percent of the time they’re pretty bad ideas, and the other two percent of the time I’ve already thought of them.

Here's Weird Al in 1987 at the Japan site of the MTV Video Music Awards (which happened simultaneously in other cities of the world. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t7VjPi1U4fI" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Of a similar vintage are these two clips from Al's comedic kindred spirits - Pee Wee Herman * Judy Tenuta:

PEE WEE HERMAN backstage with Jonathon Brandmeier

JUDY TENUTA ad - 1986 MTV 5-Year Anniversary Special

These were all discovered in a box of old videocassettes (Betamax & VHS) that contain recorded content from television broadcasts of the 1980s (with some going all the way back to the late 1970s). And there is much more where these came from so STAY TUNED !
