The book has a lot of gory details about the various meat industries and what eating meat does to one's digestive system.

While we're on the subject of vegetarians, any vegan or vegetarian who eats bread is a hypocrite. Did you know that in the production of wheat, the machines kill thousands of snakes and ants?
