Al as Cheese Sandwich is going to be on the upcoming episode of MLP called "The Last Laugh" which is airing August the 3rd.

This episode was released on Youku's on-demand service in China on June 28, 2019, thirty-six days ahead of its scheduled premiere on Discovery Family

So, it has already leaked and the song Al sings in it is now avaliable on Youtube:
