And please, don't kill the messenger. I certainly didn't make these choices.
Don't worry, I know that no ordinary human could make such a terrible list... only the people at VH-1 have that exclusive right.
Know what I'm sayin'?

You know, most of the entries on that list deserve to be there. Sure there are notable icons missing from that list, but they have covered a lot. The biggest problem is that they shouldn't have tried to rank them. Honestly, I don't know if I could have done a better job ranking them myself. Besides, the rank would change depending on who's doing the ranking. Everybody has different ideas of who is the bigger icon.

Not to sound mean, but what is JFK, Jr. doing on that list... and so high in the rankings?

No Al? No Radiohead? What in the....
dont mean to get off topic but this kinda unusual. Vh1 calls Radiohead the the most influencial band of the 90's and and they have 27 plus Al specials but for some reason they dont seem fit to have them on there?

In terms of influence, Radiohead should be on the list, but this list is about iconic people and, though unimaginably talented, Thom Yorke is far from an icon. That's why I thought Al would make it. He's got the "look"
