In this article, he doesn't list them as #1 is best and #10 worst. He does say, "I tried to pick the fan favorites, those tracks that have gotten the best response."
May the discussion.. begin??

No "Eat It" in the list. Loved that Ebay was included, though.

Yeah, I'm definitely surprised "Eat It" didn't make the list. I'm also kind of surprised Perform This Way did.
Oh by the way, I've cracked the code.

I love "Perform This Way". No reason for it not to be on the list. I just wish he wore a different costume for it in concert.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:
"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11
So awesome!

I went through a time where I didn't like PTW, but it fully deserves to be on the list. Al says its the list he thinks the fans would pick, but I'd say it's a list the casual fan would pick. Us hardcores would probably have a very different top 10.

I like it too. I just wouldn't put it in the top ten. What Mike said makes sense, though.algonacchick wrote:I love "Perform This Way". No reason for it not to be on the list. I just wish he wore a different costume for it in concert.

Re: Al Ranks the Parodies
True, but I think that Eat It is not his most well known song anymore. For 20 years he was the Eat It guy, but I think WaN and PTW have kinda taken that away

Re: Al Ranks the Parodies
I'd love to see Al's personal picks for his top 10 parodies, not the fan favorites. Granted, I'm guessing it would be mostly overlap, but his description for AORTB (and the fact that it hasn't been performed live in forever) says a lot.
The Who line has always been my favorite in that song...go figure.
