Favorite Polka?

Post by Obbsesed »

I don't know if this has been asked, and I'm sorry if it has.

What's is everyone's favorite polka?

I think mine is The Hot Rocks Polka. I've only heard seven polkas, though, so there's probably a better one out there. What're y'all's oppinions?

Well, he's only had 8 polkas [9 if you count "Polkamon"]. I'm with you, though -- my fave is "The Hot Rocks Polka" too ; it's great fun to hear the Stones all bouncy and happy! :onfire:

A close second would be "Hooked On Polka" off DTBS -- it's just so wonderfully manic. Just my 27 cents worth.

hot rocks polka is definitely good. and so is the bohemian polka. I thought that was genius! but my favorite would have to be (can't think of the name of it) the one from OTDE.

I love ALL the polka medleys!!

But, some kinda stick out more than others. I agree that Hot Rocks Polka is a very bouncy tune. Bohemian Polka holds a "special place" for me, 'cuz it was the first Al polka I ever heard in my life. Though the two polkas tied for my #1 favorite are Polka Power! and Hooked On Polkas!

Polka On! :bigups:

The Alternative Polka (Bad Hair Day). This one has the best overall polka energy about it. Just about my favorite line in any of them is in this one -- "I'm a loser, baby, so why don't ya kill me, EVERYBODY!"

Brilliant.

I love that! I couldn't hear it on my regular CD played, but when I heard it on my headphones, I just burst out laughing! Needless to say, I got a weird look from my mom.

I have a tough time choosing. I love the Alternative Polka, mainly because of the memories I have with it. (Nothing like singing a polka medley in the back of a marching band bus while the front of the bus is blaring boy bands.)

I'd have to go with the Alternative Polka on this one.

I'm having a hard time with this...

I'm having a hard 3 way tie between Hooked On Polkas, Hot Rocks Polka, or Bohemian Polka.

Every polka has a little special part to me.

And Polkamon is really bouncy...

So hard! :nervous:
