how to get the live dvd in germany??

i hope somebody can tell me how to get the weird al live dvd in germany

(region code doesn´t matter, but it would be nice (not neccessary) if no credit card would be needed)

I tried to order it in Europe. It seems impossible to do it. I ordered it on amazon.com (but you'll need a credit card for it)
