You know I read that not too long ago about a year. So I figured out its about Sam and not Ron. But its funny I've been a fan longer then that.

In the early 90s pretty much everyone who listened to music radio knew who Eddie Vedder was, but by the time RWS was released, he no longer was a household name.

Which is odd because Pearl Jam had a top 10 hit in the summer of 1999 with their remake of Last Kiss -- a song about a guy's girlfriend dying in a car wreck. It was a really cheesy death song when it was originally recorded in the early 60s, but I liked Eddie's version.
