I looked for a thread like this, but didn't find it if it exists. But I wonder what other people's favorite line from any Weird Al song is? Mine favorite single line ever is this from One More Minute:

"I'm stranded all alone in the gas station of love, and I have to use the self service pumps!"

There are so many, but mine is probably from Skipper Dan:

"Always said I'd be famous, I guess that I lied."

Just because I know so many people from high school college who have dreams of being huge actors, (some of which have even said who big they'll be) many of which I'm sure will fall into Dan's fate. I also know a handful of adults who have become Skipper Dans.

When I was younger I didn't get it, but now that I'm older and more aware of older pop culture I think the following line is one of the more timely things Al has written:

Never saw Twin Peaks myself (too young), but that, too, was one of many jokes I only "got" after growing up.

Wow, just got it!!!!!

It took me far too long to get, too (until I was 20 or so). Especially considering I went to middle school/high school with David Lynch's son.
