"Most?" I wouldn't say that. There's really only one line I can see that MIGHT be considered outdated, and that's the reference to Mr. Whipple and "squeezing the Charmin." Even then, while that commercial and character haven't been on TV for decades it is one of the more iconic/well-known TV advertisements out there. Otherwise, most of the song is just comprised of turning old, timeless cliches on their heads or just plain non-sequitur.

Elsewhere, Al's references to Ebola in "Your Horoscope for Today" and "Ringtone" suddenly have new life.
Your Horoscope For Today: Try to avoid any Virgos or Leos with the Ebola virus.

He'd have to change the "Top 8" line to something more relevant to how facebook works, too.

Talking about Ringtone, I think the line "why did I buy this stupid ringtone" was already kind of dated when it came out. By 2009 buying ringtones as such wasn't a thing anymore.
