Yeah, I have one of Yank27's cds with some of the songs from this show. It's nice to hear the whole concert. Btw, I like It's Still Billy Joel to Me.

:D

I'm halfway through the Food Medley at this point. I've heard all the bootlegs from this era, but this is BY FAR the highest quality I have ever heard "Sometimes You Feel Like A Nut," "Fatter," and the other amazing unreleased gems from this era.

I have to say that as a lifetime Weird Al fan, this is literally the ideal setlist I would want to see. Or maybe I just want to be there at a 1984 concert.
I couldn't tell a dirt clod from a plate of caviar.

Yeah, I wish I had been more than a casual fan back then, but I kinda doubt I'd have had time for concerts, what with raising two babies that were 1 1/2 years apart. This is really fun to listen to.

Shaving Cream was not one of the songs on the cd I have. I love this!

But does anyone have a way of converting this to mp3?
Yeah, I do. But somehow I feel if I share it, I might have to start wearing an eyepatch an a wooden leg :P

I can send you .mp3's. I have the radio broadcast also but it's only like 7 songs and the audience is much louder in it.

Fine, you guys are lucky today is Sunday: I've ripped the mp3s and I'm uploading them as we speak.

Also, I opened up Photoshop and made some cover art:

Image

Like I said, this is because today is Sunday. I wouldn't be doing this during the week :P

I got the picture from Weirdal.com. It's from the actual concert.

MP3 files. I've tagged the songs properly, and embedded the cover art and lyrics in each song, because I'm an iPod freak.

It's amazing how many of the songs of the food medley I didn't know -- neither Al's version nor the originals. I'd say "I was two-years old on 1984" but I know that's not an excuse.
