TV3 (based in Auckland, New Zealand) have a batch of Weird Al interviews on its website. Here are the links:

TV3 Nightline interview with Al
Note: This is the same interview posted in the Altube topic.

The full, uncut version of the above interview

Campbell Live- The Sensitive Side of Weird Al Yankovic
Note: Here, they do talk about his parents' death and how he handled it. No worries, though. She discussed it in a compassionate way.

Enjoy. :)

These are awesome, thanks for posting these. Good to see he did some local television promotion in New Zealand as well.

Those videos aren't working for me. Of course, the ones I really want to see don't work.

I loved Al's face when the women on Campbell Live started talking about pine cones, priceless

Yeah, he was wondering where she was going with that. hehe, then she was talking about how a pine cone opens up it's little bits to let the sun in or whatever, and Al said "When I open up my little bits, I get arrested."

That Campbell Live interview is so cool... It had a lot of cute moments, IMHO. I loved when she pulled the face, and asked if Al could do it, and when he tried, gave up and did that trick with his arms - I had to laugh. :D

(And the part where she mentioned his parents... wow. I admire the way she posed that topic, it seemed quite tactful to me.)

Windows Media Player didn't get past "Waiting" in the status bar thingy, after "Connecting to media". Anyone tech-savvy enough to help me figure out what that means?
