Looks like I was exactly right...!
The podcast feed has been updated with an Alcast. Its duration is 20:39, which I think is a bit short for a Get This podcast, but it's still 20 minutes of Al.

heh.. silly me, assuming that everyone has podcast software...
Myself, I pasted the link into Subscribe to Podcast in iTunes, but there are plenty other podcasting programs out there on the net... so give it a bit of a Google
edit: stuck it on rapidshare for y'all.
