When and where can we find out how it did? When do they release the weekly results? Does the UK have an online site like Billboard.com or HitsDailyDouble.com, so we can follow along at home?

I was looking at the radio stations yesterday and I came across one on the BBC website called MISTAJAM (more of a Hip Hop/R&B station).
I don't know much about this radio station, but they played Al's "White & Nerdy" as well as Chamillionaire's "Ridin Dirty" last Friday night. You can check out their play list as follows:
