Normally you could make your DVD-player Region Free , so you can play all the DVD's.

We have an region free one , it didn't cost us anything. ( thanks to a Portugees colleague of my brother )
Whenever you set out to do something, something else must be done first.

Can't you buy multi-region DVD players?

P.S. Last post on every forum! And it's all thanks to time zones. Three cheers for time zones!
I am gone until June, as a result of the Junior Cert, a very large exam.

Yeah, you can. But most of them are the cheapy Chinese-brand players. <_< However, Panasonic's are all region-free these days.

They do. They're Region 0 releases, and they work in almost any player.
I'm ranking every Beatles song on my new pop culture blog. Check it out!

i think lately more of the new dvd players which are being released are multizoned. It should be considering the amount of overseas releases people get

I just realised my Live! DVD is region 1, so I need a region-free DVD player.

Or I heard somewhere about a code that makes a DVD player region free.
