Hi,
When you upload your avatar or if you are using another server, make sure the image has a maximum resolution of 100 x 100 pixels. It's also advised to compress them with .JPG or .GIF and save them with maximum of 96 dpi (a computer monitor can't handle more)
So, make sure you did the things as said above. If you do this, the forum will stay fast.
