I'm planning to go to it, as I'm desperate to see Al live (only had the pleasure once before). My question is for any ALfan in the area: I'll be driving up from Baltimore, and need to know exactly where the show will be. Just where is the F. M. Kirby Center? Yeah, I know it'll be a long drive, but it'll probably be my last shot at seeing the PH tour, and need directions. Thanks in advance!

mapquest.com?

Exactly. Just punch in this little address (along with your own, of course):

71 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania 18701

Judging by my quick look at the map, to get there from Baltimore, it looks like you want to take I-83 to I-81...

See ya there!

Anyone get the tickets yet for this show? I'm glad I woke up early this morning because they just added al this morning and also started selling the tickets. Kind of makes me mad since ticketmaster said the sales didn't start till this wednesday and that the kirby center didn't respond to my e-mail that I sent them last week when the date was first announced. Another thing, my tickets there last time were only 27.50 and I was in the orchestra pit... and now they were 35... I guess this is good, must show that al show's are more appreciated now. Oh well, just wondering about everyone else. I still can't wait!:)

Thanks for the heads up... this venue has replaced Poughkeepsie, NY's Mid Hudson Civic Center as my least favorite box office. If you hadn't posted this I probably would've been VERY surprised on Wednesday morning when they were SUPPOSED to go on sale. Ended up getting OK tickets, although I (like many here) try to get on the second they go on sale to get the best tix possible.

What row seats did you get? I called as soon as I found out on Monday morning (around 10:30ish) and I got row J center. That's row 9, excluding the orchestral pit and other row that they fill with folding chairs right up against the stage.

We'll be in Row J, off to the left side of the theatre. Not a prime angle, but considering they'd unexpectedly been on sale all day we could've done worse.
