Don't quote me on it, but I'd be willing to bet that this is from the 1958 version of "The Blob". I just (literally) watched the trailer for this, and that same exact shot is included. The clip Al uses looks to be from the film itself, and not the trailer.

You're right! Not only that, but the director makes an interesting choice in that scene. There's a wide shot of people running out of the theater -- which Al used in the "Poodle Hat" tour video -- but there's a jump-cut to a hand-held camera following people around at waist-level -- which is the unknown shaky camera shot Al used in the alt. "Internet Leaks" tour video!
