Surprised South Park has never done something poking fun at or regarding Weird Al. Was just watching that episode where they return the Lord of the Rings tape to the two towers video store and they come across those kids and Cartman's all like "fine, go ahead and play stupid Harry butthole Potter". Can't help but laugh really hard everytime I see that!
What a racket they're makin', Jack, they keep me up at night playin' their electric guitars!!

It's always surprised me that Al hasn't done anything with Harry Potter either. Oh well, I guess that's why God made The 8th Horcrux.

Harry Potter isn't really popular enough yet for Al to pay serious attention to it. Thanks to the rise of nerdcore, this topic doesn't have to be unexplored.

Re: The 8th Horcrux: Harry Potter Parody Band
Just want to give you guys the heads up that The 8th Horcrux is working on a brand new album, featuring parodies of Avril Lavigne, Nicki Minaj, Paramore, and some classics like The Beatles and Pink Floyd. It should be ready to go by July. It's sounding really good, the Nicki Minaj parody is probably my favorite so far.
We're also going on tour in Kansas, but I have a feel that has little bearing on most of your guy's lives.

Will there be any Deathly Hallows parodies on this album?

Definitely, in fact, the Nicki Minaj parody that I'm really excited about is a Deathly Hallows-based song.JCM wrote:Will there be any Deathly Hallows parodies on this album?

Hey, since I'm not doing parodies anymore...
I had this idea a while back called "Die Dobby Die", to "Cry Baby Cry" by The Beatles. All I know is I wanted it to be really mean spirited, emphasizing Dobby's most annoying points. And of course, to piss people off. But since I'm no longer doing parodies, you can like, have that idea. If you want.
