I liked the "Don't Download This Song" video, but the "Pancreas" video was a MAJOR let down.

I don't even really see the point in having videos, that aren't really videos, just animations and stuff, they are all pretty lame actually, I only like the actual videos. The one for Do I Creep You Out which was not included with the DVD disc is awesome. The Weasel Stomping Day one is really funny too.

Yeah, I agree. I count stop-motion as a true video, and I really like the "CNR" video, but a lot of the others remind me of YouTube fan-made videos.

There's nothing wrong with animated videos, fan made or not. There's lots of people in this world who don't consider what Al does to be "real" music, but we all disagree with that notion, so why can't we give these supposed amateurs the benefit of the doubt?

thats what I was going to say, the only reason Al had those videos on SOL was because he loves animation, so he had his favorite animators do videos for him...

Its a cool idea to have animation and he likes it so why doesnt he just put in animation in a couple of his actual videos. He could have actual people and animation half the time, like 50/50 in a couple videos.

Well, Pancreas wasn't animated, so it doesn't fit into the argument I'm trying to make. If Weird Al just kept his parodies live action and his originals animated like he planned to do, we wouldn't be having this problem.
