Does anyone know if AL will be starting up again going on tour next summer? I'm coming down with notseeingALinconcert-itis.

Well, don't hold your breath yet. I personally believe there will be an '04 tour. Because Al has consistently referred to this as the "first leg" of the tour. Unless the Aussie tour is the "second leg," I infer that it means he will be touring in '04. However, if the Aussie tour is the implied "second leg" then all bets are off

But as a teaser CatraDtem posted an interesting little tidbit he found on the internet.

Keep in mind though... until you see it at The Mothership, it ain't official.

I would think it would go official AFTER this tour, so don't expect a confirmation any time soon. However, if it is announced, expect Al to keep his promise (barring nuclear war, or another tragic event), unlike those chimps over at VH1.

I think Al will do an 04 tour, since he's cut this tour short compared to past tours (which ran from summer to deep in the fall).

Seeing that makes me believe he's going to do it. I doubt that the concert is a "maybe" type of thing, since it has an exact date.

Then again, maybe it's just a line of fragmented concerts, and really not a tour.

i heard from a GOOD source, that when they did a 2nd leg, they would hit places they havnt been to this leg, so lets say for example TX, they been to Houston, and Dallas, so they would go to Lubbock, or San Antonio, this is just a example, and that on another day, i heard going out again around march, so my guess would be, yes a 04 tour, anyway, i have to get to 18 more shows, im trying to accomplish somthing, and i would like it to be this tour, i dont want to wait another album, for it to happen, i will let you know when its close to what im trying for, what it is
