This really has nothing to do with Al, (sorry) But i really like ALICE COOPER also. Both him and Al have a smooth sound, and they are both are master lyricists.

They Might Be Giants - Weird Al loves this band. "Everything You Know is Wrong" is a style parody of their kind of music. They are not a novelty band, but they are pretty funny and have humorous songs. http://www.tmbg.com

A couple years back, I was watching VH1's "19 Funny A$$ Videos" and I was only watching it because I hadn't ever seen any of Weird Al's music videos andI read he'd be on it that day...Anyhoo, that is where I got introduced to the band Foo Fighters. Not all of their stuff is comedy, but I liked "Learn To Fly" (FUNNY VIDEO!) and "Big Me" (ANOTHER FUNNY VIDEO!!!)
