Bands/artists You Might Like If You Like Weird Al

He who's tired of Weird Al is tired of life.

Thanks for clarifying that, OE. I thought that's what he meant, that it was linked to weirdal.com. I've never heard anything by Apologetix, so I can't say if I like them or not.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?"

So awesome!

I don't really like Luke Ski either. I agree with Jace that he should branch out and do songs about something other than TV. I can't say anything about Apologetix, because I've never heard them.
I bet you've never seen a skirt steak worn this way.

Driew... I never said I didn't like Apologetix. I've never actually heard them. What I have said is that I have a problem with how they describe themselves. But you don't want to go there AGAIN do you?

I've found that I'm not a huge fan of Dementia music other than Al. But thanks to Al, I discovered that I do like Tom Lehrer a lot. I really want to get his compilation album "The Remains Of Tom Lehrer."

Of the newer artists, I think Lukeski is very talented, though I don't care for a lot of his music. Except for "Stealing Like A Hobbit."

Toni Goldmark is also quite talented, and I really like one of his newer ones "Teeth Clenched." I think his music has been getting steadily better.

Um... And I like DaVinci's Notebook. They're very talented and funny.

Arrogant Worms, I don't care for them too much.

Oh, and I really enjoy the few Arlo Guthrie songs I've heard. Very funny stuff.

Yea.....I've never liked Star Trek. Actually, I'm not too fond of Star Wars either. *shrug*

I love Tom Lehrer. He's one of my all time favorite singers. Pretty much any Dr. Demento compilation CD is good for an Al fan. I have a couple of those and I enjoy them a lot.

I'm sure that several of you would not agree with me here, but crash test dummies. They're not exactly parody artists, but they are a bit of a joke. I reckon that alot of people who like a bit of comedy would be interested in such songs as mary moon, mmm mmm mmm mmm, supermans song and the ballad of peter pumpkinhead. I'm not sure about mary moon, but it has a few funny lines that you might like "she doesnt like meat but she sure likes the bone"
