sad news, long time friend and big Al fan Susan P Welchel has passed on, she was in a bad car accident wih her daughter, i will miss goin to shows with her

and it wasn't even her liver? This is very sad news. She was a good woman who let me crash at her place in Cleveland once. She'll be missed.

Oh, how sad. Susan was one of the first online friends I met in person, at Dementia 2001. I remember her telling me how she had to pick Jon up from the airport, and how they said his name wrong over the intercom as "Bermuda Shorts". I thought that was such a cute story. Farewell, my birthday twin.

Very sad. I never met her in person, but I certainly know that name from way back. I think we probably did a tape trade many years ago. RIP.
