Wish I could come, but it's my birthday a few days before and my parents don't have the money...

I could totally get tickets and possibly even fly out there, but I would be homeless the entire time, lol.
Still, sounds amazing! Kinda hope Al does an official DVD/Bluray release for this one.

I'm a ways up the coast, but I think my girlfriend and I may do a road trip for this one!

I like work: it fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours.

Dang! I wonder what the set list will be...it'll probably be a lot different with the use of a full orchestra for this one O.O

I just found out it would be financially possible for me to go, but I'm looking for someone near me that would want to go.

It's my birthday a few days after! And it kills me that me being there is not a thing that is likely to happen....Heds wrote:Wish I could come, but it's my birthday a few days before and my parents don't have the money...
Love and peace.

This is really, really awesome! Comedy Bang Bang, new cartoon, action figure line, and now headlining the Hollywood Bowl... Al has had a great couple of weeks!
I live on the east coast, so this is nowhere near me, but I've got family out in LA that my immediate family was planning on visiting this summer, so maybe just maybe the times will align up and I'll be able to go.
I wonder how the full orchestra backing will affect the show. Usually Al's band covers all of the instruments live pretty well, though there are some songs where instruments are clearly being synthesized, so I wonder if those will be replaced by live instruments instead. Now That's What I Call Polka and Amish Paradise come to mind. And maybe Al will take advantage of having a full orchestra and perform Sports Song? There's a lot of potential here!!
